The Professional Writer Rates/Fees
When you engage the services of a professional copywriter, you’re making an investment in your corporate image. Your reputation is established through communication – whether it’s good or bad. I’d like to work with you to make your organisation look good.
The following are guidelines only. As each organisation’s requirements are different, and every project is unique, it’s best to email me with an outline of your project to receive an accurate quote.
Web article writing or print article writing (including editorials) – up to 250 words = $250, up to 350 words = $300, up to 500 words = $400 (discounts for groups of 5 or more articles prepared at the same time may apply)
Personal profile writing – 1 page or up to 200 words = $200
eNewsletter content writing – 2 pages (up to 8 short articles) = $350
Company profile writing – email for a quote
Business proposal writing – email for a quote
eBook writing – email for a quote
Prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD). Payments can be made via bank transfer or PayPal.

What the price includes:- An initial discussion from which a brief is taken and agreed upon, research and drafting of document, two revisions – minor changes only, and delivery of final document in agreed format.
As a professional copywriter, I’m committed to providing the outcomes you desire by asking questions, carrying out all the necessary research and preparing a piece of writing which is well-structured, persuasive and meets your desired outcomes – tailored to your target audience.
What the price doesn’t include:- a complete re-write after the initial brief has been agreed upon, more than two revisions, graphic design or layout services.
In the event that more than two revisions are required, an additional premium rate of $175 per hour will be charged.
